I have been using this for a bit and with the combination of a healthy diet and strict exercise regime, I have seen the results that this has to offer. Since using this I was able to get off the weight loss plateau and lose an additional 15 pounds and 3 inches off my waist in about 3 weeks. It doesn't give you the shakes light other pills do and it help curve the snack cravings.
